Las personas subestiman enormemente la cantidad del verdadero trabajo necesario para alcanzar sus metas.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si me doy cuenta de cu\u00e1nto trabajo se necesita para cumplir mis objetivos, entonces no ser\u00e1 un shock cuando necesite esforzarme para lograrlos. En un mundo donde se glorifica el lograr m\u00e1s trabajando menos, a menudo nos olvidamos que debemos trabajar arduamente para alcanzar nuestras metas. Y aunque esto generalmente se dice en el contexto de los negocios y las ganancias financieras, es cierto en muchos aspectos de nuestras vidas. Hay tres \u00e1reas donde tambi\u00e9n necesitamos implementar esto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Matrimonio. El mito del \u00e9xito sin esfuerzo da a las parejas la impresi\u00f3n de que el matrimonio debe ser f\u00e1cil. Y si no es f\u00e1cil, algo est\u00e1 mal. Y aunque definitivamente hay momentos en los que la separaci\u00f3n es necesaria o inevitable, muchas veces, lo que se requiere es trabajo. Trabajo arduo por parte de ambos para aprender a ser mejores. Aprender a responder en lugar de reaccionar. Escuchar en lugar de insistir en ser escuchado. El verdadero \u00e9xito en el matrimonio proviene de trabajar arduamente en la relaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Paternidad. Como adultos, a menudo caemos en el h\u00e1bito de etiquetar a los ni\u00f1os como buenos o malos. Pero, \u00bfy si no fueran ninguno de los dos? \u00bfY si solo fueran ni\u00f1os que han desarrollado malos y buenos h\u00e1bitos? \u00bfY si esos h\u00e1bitos provinieron de una buena o mala formaci\u00f3n? Si bien es cierto que los ni\u00f1os tienen diferentes personalidades y responden de manera diferente a su entorno, tambi\u00e9n es cierto que la verdadera paternidad requiere un trabajo realmente arduo. Requiere un plan de juego. Una visi\u00f3n hacia el futuro. Consistencia. Aunque algunos ni\u00f1os pueden ser m\u00e1s obedientes que otros, todos los ni\u00f1os necesitan entrenamiento y amor. Y eso requiere trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Metas personales. Ya sea una meta de salud, una meta financiera, una meta para el futuro, no caigas en la trampa de esperar una soluci\u00f3n f\u00e1cil o la bala de plata que no requerir\u00e1 esfuerzo. Las metas personales requieren trabajo real. No se sorprenda. Solo siga adelante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El \u00e9xito de la noche a la ma\u00f1ana, los ni\u00f1os excelentes, un matrimonio hermoso no existen realmente sin trabajo arduo. Ocurren a lo largo de un largo per\u00edodo de tiempo de consistencia, aprendizaje, ajuste y reajuste, muchas noches trabajando, hablando, meti\u00e9ndose profundamente y ensuci\u00e1ndose las manos.
