Ya sea en el matrimonio, la crianza, las amistades, el trabajo o cualquier otra \u00e1rea donde esper\u00e1bamos que las cosas salieran mejor\u2014la decepci\u00f3n aparece cuando nos enfrentamos a esa brecha. Entonces, \u00bfqu\u00e9 hacemos con eso? Aqu\u00ed hay algunas ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Eval\u00faa tus expectativas.<\/strong><br>No todas las expectativas son malas\u2014pero tampoco todas son realistas. Algunas nunca se expresaron en voz alta. Otras fueron moldeadas por lo que vimos al crecer, por las redes sociales o por lo que esper\u00e1bamos que sucediera. T\u00f3mate un momento para preguntarte: \u00bfEs justa esta expectativa? \u00bfFue comunicada? \u00bfEst\u00e1 basada en la verdad o en suposiciones? Tener claridad en esto trae mucha libertad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Eval\u00faa tus resultados.<\/strong><br>Esta parte requiere humildad. \u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo que realmente ha estado pasando\u2014no lo que desear\u00edamos que estuviera pasando? \u00bfD\u00f3nde est\u00e1n funcionando las cosas, aunque sea un poco? \u00bfD\u00f3nde no? \u00bfY qu\u00e9 papel he jugado yo en el resultado? Esto no se trata de culpar, sino de asumir responsabilidad. Cuando tomamos responsabilidad por nuestra parte, obtenemos el poder de hacer cambios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Eval\u00faa tus opciones.<\/strong><br>Una vez que vemos las cosas con claridad, no estamos atrapados\u2014tenemos opciones. Podemos ajustar nuestras expectativas, tener conversaciones honestas, establecer l\u00edmites, extender gracia o dar pasos intencionales hacia el crecimiento. A veces, el movimiento m\u00e1s saludable no es exigir m\u00e1s de otros, sino elegir responder de manera diferente nosotros mismos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La decepci\u00f3n no tiene que definir tu historia.
